As an auditor, Jim creates relationships with his clients based on trust. He works with a wide variety of industries, including construction, closely-held businesses and nonprofits. Jim enjoys working in areas of audit, financial statement analysis, tax planning, and general business planning. Because of his interest in mentoring new accounting professionals, he coordinates the training of our new employees. Jim graduated from Michigan State University in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He joined the firm in 1987 after three years with an international accounting firm. Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
