Lamonte is the treasurer and a past president of the firm. He has served clients' accounting, tax and consulting needs for over thirty years and also leads our Nonprofit Services Division. Lamonte believes clients expect their CPA to be more than a technician. He often consults with clients on issues from taxes to staff promotions, from pricing strategies to community service. He graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in accounting.

Lamonte is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants where he serves on the Nonprofit Committee. He is an executive board member of the Chief Okemos Council of Boy Scouts of America and is past president of the Lansing Jaycees. He is also past treasurer of the ATHENA Foundation. Other activities include the Waverly Rotary and Delta Governmental Affairs Committee of the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce.
