Bruce leads MC&E as President and was previously the Firm's Director of Audit Services. He specializes in educational and trade association auditing and is well known for his service to both charter and public schools, trade associations, closely-held businesses and peer review services for other certified public accounting firms.

He is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in accounting. He has been with MC&E since his graduation in 1979. Bruce is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, Grand Ledge Rotary Club (president in 2001/2002). Additionally, he is a past board member of the Lansing Jaycees, past president of Camp Highfields Board of Directors, an organization serving disadvantaged youth.
