Dave merged his former technology solutions company, Caldwell & Associates, with MC&E on Jan. 1, 2001 and is now a principal in our Technology Department. He owned Caldwell & Associates from 1981 until the merger. He focuses mainly on Microsoft Great Plains Accounting Solutions and Microsoft products and is an authorized dealer. Dave's arrival at MC&E helped us expand our current technology solutions services by adding larger accounting and financial software and e-business solutions to our current services. He also assists clients with computer systems design, hardware installation, training, and software support.

Dave has a background as a systems engineer and a comptroller. He has also served as a faculty member at Lansing Community College, Jackson Community College and Davenport Business School in areas of finance, corporate, federal and state tax, accounting principles, contracts and legal writing. Dave holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and political science from Indiana University and attended Cooley Law School.
