| Maner, Costerisan & Ellis, P.C., one of the state's leading accounting firm's, is deeply rooted in a tradition of excellence, dating back to 1906. The firms original founder, John J. Jerome, was the 14th accountant to be certified when the state first began the requirement. Together with Max D. Harris, they owned and operated a small but prestigious accounting practice which moved into the Olds Tower soon after its completion in 1926. |

| Max Harris, Robert Reames and Bud Ambrose merge together to form Harris,
Reames & Ambrose. Walter P. Maner, Jr. joins the firm. The firm expanded by
merging with other firms in Lansing and other Michigan cities. These mergers
created offices in Grand Rapids, Dowagiac, Kalamazoo, Hillsdale, Rochester and
Saginaw. |

owners Floyd Costerisan and Max Coon. The firm merged with a national accounting firm Seidman & Seidman. |
