Mentoring & Training

MC&E takes pride in the training provided to each employee. All new staff members attend a day-long orientation customized for their position within the firm. The firm provides continuous professional education in the latest developments in tax, audit, accounting, fraud, ethics, and general business applications.

New staff members are matched with a mentor to guide them through their career development. The mentor formally meets with their staff person twice a year. However, the mentor always remains available on an informal basis if the mentee just needs to talk – about travel, stress or other career issues.
