Upgrades – We offer full service solution upgrades to our clients that include ensuring proper backups and file maintenance. We strongly believe that to protect our clients’ investment in their business system, staying current with the latest version release is imperative. We’re here to help.
Data Migrations – MC&E’s business solutions group holds extensive experience migrating data from various legacy systems to the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Data Integrations – MC&E’s technicians offer expertise in streamlining data processing through automated integrations.
Reporting Services – Our consultants have a considerable amount of expertise in both FRx and Crystal Report writing. Currently we have written over 200 standardized Crystal Reports that are available to our clients. All of our consultants have completed advanced FRx training and possess active FRx consulting and report writing skills. Approximately 90-95% of our clients are currently utilizing FRx as their financial reporting tool.
Full System Installation & Implementation – Our experienced staff works with clients in an on-going partnership to achieve client goals. Achieving these goals starts with a successful system implementation. We work closely with our clients to design a detailed implementation schedule that will help guide the project to success.
On-site & Classroom Training – MC&E offers both onsite and classroom training designed to meet the Microsoft Dynamics GP needs and abilities of our client users.
User Group Meetings – We regularly host Microsoft Dynamics GP User Group Meetings as a forum to help keep our clients informed and connected. Please see our Events page for upcoming meetings.
User Round Table Events – A truly client-centric service, our Microsoft Dynamics GP User Round Table Events are designed to bring clients that utilize a common module or system together in a forum where users can share ideas, ask questions of their peers and possibly gain a different perspective on the functionality or use of the system. These events are user-driven and loosely facilitated by MC&E staff to allow clients to gain maximum benefit.
CPE for Lunch Sessions – Our CPE for Lunch sessions offer clients an opportunity to learn more about both their existing systems and new technology within the Microsoft Dynamics arena while gaining two CPE credits.
Proactive Client Care – We take our client care very seriously. Frequent email and telephone communication keeps our clients informed on relevant product news, scheduled events, etc. Regular telephone conferences and on-site visits keep us connected with our clients and their needs.
